1) 香港玩全指南王宜編著
Borrowed this guide before my trip to Hong Kong. Largely useful but some of the information on restaurants is already outdated, since it was published in 2005.

2) More Weird and Wonderful Words, edited by Erin McKean
Some words that left an impression:
-cumber-ground: a person who needlessly takes up space, especially someone who is useless in his or her job.
-eustress: good stress, such as a promotion or a new baby. It makes you happy, it makes you crazy, but with a little more happy than crazy.
-gilly-gaupus: an awkward or foolish person. A gaw-pus is also a silly person. Other words for a silly person include chrisom and dotterel.

3) Fork It Over–The Intrepid Adventures of a Professional Eater, by Alan Richman
Delicious combination of food and travel writing. The chapter on eating in Cuba had me hooked to the very end.
